The launch of PT AUB Perseroda was carried out by Brebes Regent Paramitha Widya Kusuma at the company’s office, located on Jalan Ahmad Yani Number 59, Brebes, recently.
The inauguration was marked by the unveiling of the office curtain, attended by the Regional Leadership Coordination Forum (Forkopimda), the Director of PT AUB Perseroda, and the company’s commissioners.
PT AUB Perseroda is the result of the transformation of the Regional Public Company (Perumda) Percetakan Puspa Grafika Brebes, which was previously established based on Brebes Regency Regional Regulation Number 8 of 2019.
The change in the company’s legal form was stipulated through Brebes Regency Regional Regulation Number 6 of 2025 concerning the Change in Legal Form of the Regional Public Company Percetakan Puspa Grafika Brebes into the Regional Limited Liability Company Aneka Usaha Brebes Beres.
This transformation was carried out as a strategic step to broaden the company’s business scope, improve management professionalism, and strengthen its contribution to regional economic development and Brebes Regency’s PAD.
Brebes Regent Paramitha Widya Kusuma, as released by brebeskab.go.id, stated that the change in the business entity opens up opportunities for the regional company to develop various broader and more productive business sectors.
According to her, PT AUB Perseroda is no longer only engaged in the printing sector but can also develop businesses in the fields of food security, pharmaceuticals, workshops, general trading, and waste processing.
“Our shared hope is that this company can continue to advance and develop and be able to carry out its functions optimally in improving the economy of the Brebes community. Its business scope is now broader, covering the printing sector, food security, pharmaceuticals, workshops, general trading, and waste processing,” said Paramitha.
She added that the expansion of the business fields is expected to create added value for the region, strengthen the competitiveness of local businesses, and make the BUMD an effective instrument in supporting development and community welfare.
Director of PT AUB Perseroda, Gozi Prayudi Nagorshah, said that the company’s launch marks the beginning of strengthening synergy between the BUMD and the private sector in developing various strategic business opportunities.
Gozi stated that the collaboration is expected to increase the company’s contribution to PAD while supporting the realization of Brebes Beres’ regional development vision.
“We hope that with the launch of PT Aneka Usaha Brebes Beres, it can provide an even greater impact for Brebes Regency. This is the beginning for us to realize synergy, cooperation, and collaboration between the BUMD and the private sector to increase PAD and support the realization of the Regent’s vision and mission, namely Brebes Beres,” he said.
