Gorontalo Provincial Government Gives Warm Welcome to PENAS XVII Contingent Participants
Welcome to PENAS XVII Contingent from Yogyakarta
Gorontalo Regency – Head of the Goods/Services Procurement Bureau (PBJ) of the Gorontalo Provincial Regional Secretariat, Amir Hamzah Hadju, expressed his hope that all participants from the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) contingent would feel comfortable and be able to participate fully in the entire series of the 17th National Farmers and Fishermen Week (PENAS) 2026 in Gorontalo Province.
"We welcome all participants of the DI Yogyakarta contingent to Gorontalo Province. We hope all participants feel comfortable during their stay in Gorontalo and can follow the entire series of PENAS XVII activities well," said Amir Hamzah Hadju in his official statement on Friday (19/06/2026).
A total of 63 members of the PENAS XVII contingent from DIY were reported to have arrived gradually in Gorontalo from 17 to 20 June 2026.
The arrival of the participants landing at Djalaluddin Gorontalo Airport was facilitated and welcomed by Liaison Officer (LO) staff from the PBJ Bureau of the Gorontalo Provincial Regional Secretariat.
For the arrivals on Friday, 19 June 2026, the DI Yogyakarta contingent arrived in three flight batches. The first batch arrived at 08.00 WITA with 15 participants.
The second batch arrived at 10.55 WITA with 1 participant, while the third batch arrived at 14.05 WITA with 25 participants. The total number of participants who arrived that day was 41 people, and they stayed at Hotel Amaris Kota Gorontalo.
Previously, on Wednesday (17/6/2026), the Chairman of KTNA DI Yogyakarta had arrived earlier at 08.00 WITA and stayed at Hotel Elisabeth Limboto.
Welcome to KTNA Sumbar Contingent
Head of the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Agency (DPMPTSP) of Gorontalo Province, Sri Wahyuni Daeng Matona, welcomed the arrival of participants from the Andalan Farmers and Fishermen Contact (KTNA) of West Sumatra Province who will participate in the 2026 National Farmers and Fishermen Week (PENAS) in Gorontalo Province.
The welcome was held for two groups of arriving participants who landed at Djalaluddin Gorontalo Airport.
The first group, consisting of 4 people, arrived at 10:55 WITA on Lion Air flight JT3892, while the second group of 14 people arrived at 13:00 WITA on Lion Air flight JT3890.
The West Sumatra Provincial contingent is led by Contingent Chairman Asnal Zakri. According to the latest data, the total number of participants from West Sumatra Province is 39 people, comprising 22 main participants, 6 accompanying participants, and 11 observers.
Previously, two people — the Chairman and Secretary of KTNA West Sumatra — had arrived earlier on 16 June 2026 at 08:00 WITA via Batik Air. Another 7 participants are scheduled to arrive on 21 June 2026 at 09:00 WITA via Garuda Indonesia GA0165, and 6 more participants will arrive on 22 June 2026 at 08:00 WITA via Batik Air.
During their stay in Gorontalo, all members of the West Sumatra contingent will be accommodated in Desa Kayu Bulan, Limboto District, Gorontalo Regency.
Sri Wahyuni expressed her appreciation and extended a warm welcome to all participants from West Sumatra Province who have arrived in Gorontalo.

We hope that while participating in the series of PENAS 2026 activities in Gorontalo, everything runs smoothly, comfortably, and provides benefits for the development of the agriculture, fisheries, and livestock sectors in their respective regions," said Sri Wahyuni on Friday (19/6/2026).
The Gorontalo Provincial Government continues to coordinate and provide facilitation to ensure that all participants from various provinces receive good service throughout the implementation of PENAS 2026.
As of now, information regarding the participants’ return flight schedules is still awaiting further confirmation from the respective contingents.
