PAUD Teachers Coordination Meeting in Jepara Strengthens Early Childhood Education Programs

Jepara - PAUD (Early Childhood Education) teachers play a vital role in improving the quality of early childhood education services, as they are regarded as symbols of the national movement for quality PAUD.

The active steps taken by PAUD teachers across Jepara Regency to drive early childhood education programs in their respective areas serve as the foundation for Jepara’s progress.

Laila Saidah Witiarso Utomo, Jepara Regency PAUD teacher representative, officially opened the PAUD Teachers Coordination Meeting (Rakor) at the Sosrokartono Meeting Room, Setda, on Wednesday (17/6/2026).

The PAUD teachers’ forum serves as a strategic platform to align central and regional policies, develop work programs, and strengthen coordination among stakeholders in implementing Holistic Integrative PAUD.

Laila Saidah Witiarso Utomo stated that last month, they had signed an MoU with the Jepara Regency Population and Civil Registration Office (Disdukcapil) regarding the issuance of Child Identity Cards (KIA) for PAUD children. This momentum was also leveraged to strengthen Holistic Integrative PAUD services through health check-ups, literacy enhancement, partnerships with parents (parenting), and the “Love Eating Fish” campaign.

“Hopefully, these efforts will become real steps toward realizing quality PAUD for all in Jepara Regency,” she said.

According to Laila Saidah Witiarso Utomo, we are currently entrusted with supporting the 13-Year Compulsory Education Program, which begins with one year of preschool education before entering primary education. Therefore, the role of PAUD teachers is becoming increasingly strategic as the main drivers ensuring that every early childhood child receives quality services and equal educational rights.

She emphasized the importance of completing the PAUD Spark (Pijar PAUD) data. “I hope all sub-district PAUD teachers fill in the data in an orderly, complete, and accurate manner.”

Pijar PAUD serves as a reflection of our real work, innovation, and impact in the community. It is also a crucial part of the preparation for the PAUD Teachers Appreciation event.

“I am confident that with a spirit of togetherness and collaborative work, Jepara Regency will be able to deliver increasingly quality, inclusive, and impactful PAUD services for the future of our children,” she concluded.
